Mago ERP integrationfor QuickBooks

Define how supported Mago transaction and master-data payloads become QuickBooks records, with deployment-specific mappings rather than a universal assumed schema.

Begin with the customer's actual ERP data

Mago deployments can expose different transaction and master-data structures. The integration therefore starts with the actual source payload and the required accounting outcome. Identify which source events matter, what fields contain the business identifiers and how the existing customer, vendor or product records should be matched.

Approve the accounting interpretation before automation

Supported target records include the configured sales, purchasing, journal or master-data outcomes. Account and tax mappings need the same care as field names: a technically valid document can still use the wrong financial classification. Validate a representative sample and inspect output evidence before expanding the enabled scope.

What to know before you start

Configuration depends on the customer deployment and exposed data. Do not assume that every Mago installation has identical fields or that every module is integrated automatically.

Practical questions

Can I activate the flow without reviewing a sample payload?

Review representative source data and agree the target mapping first, especially for fiscal and accounting references.

Does the integration replace Mago?

No. It handles the configured handoff from the external system to the selected accounting records.
