Use a report when the question needs more than one record
FOR:ANALYSIS brings the available reporting catalogue into the workspace. Standard reports cover supported financial and operational questions; company-specific reports provide a place for authorized custom analysis. Open a report from the launcher or a supported assistant request, then work with its filters and views rather than scrolling through a long chat response.
Keep operational work and analytical review distinct
A list or form is the right place to edit a specific record. A report is the right place to compare periods, review a register or inspect inventory valuation. Reports use synchronized analytical data and the selected company's scope. The available catalogue and export actions depend on country, permissions and the report itself.
What to know before you start
Reports are not a second transaction editor or a guarantee of instantaneous data freshness. A newly saved record can be visible operationally before it appears in analytics.

Must I build a custom report for statutory registers?
Use the available curated standard register first. Custom authoring is a separate capability and does not replace the supported compliance layout.
Can a restricted report reader create new reports?
Viewing and exporting company reports does not automatically grant report-authoring permission.
